Super Users: Setup Emergency Security Contacts (ESC) for Product Security Alerts
Manage users who receive Product Security Alerts on vulnerabilities and any sensitive security information on Palo Alto Networks products used by your organization.
Super Users, go to Customer Support Portal (CSP) > Members > Manage Users > ⋮ > Edit User > Emergency Security Contact (check) > Update User.
